Hi Abe,

That doesn&#039;t sound good and I&#039;m sorry that I couldn&#039;t guess why that is happening.  However, you can actually do this lying down exercise in any position. You can think about the same ideas lying in a bed, sitting in a chair, or any position that you feel comfortable and find restful.
