I just returned from out of town. I’ll be in class next week.

I have found a growing awareness. I gather that with more awareness comes more experience making adjustments. I have a lot of adjustments to discover and it will take a lot more awareness.

The class on 4/8 was helpful. This past week I found myself wanting to go forward as I walked, and it was interesting to adjust in those situations.
