amazing idea.
i noticed here the reflex of the bending is correct
in your above photo.
here i think,
the head goes forward and up and the waist is not bending and we are moving from the hips , so that 
the back can be lengthen to let it widen from nondoing of the narrowing of the back.

i will remember this photo, and i will sure practice
it in my daily activities.
