This is amazing! I just started reading your blog and am currently at tip 2.25. I tried the walking exercise and noticed that one ankle is wobbly. Then, I did some PT exercises to further pinpoint the issue and strengthen the ankle. It turns out one tibialis posterior is underactive. After waking it up a bit, my pelvis/hip pain is relieved! I wouldn’t say I’m healed, but this gives me much more confidence to continue sensing my body.
