you know how to teach the people and educate them,this helps them with postive imagination with reliable sensory appreciation.

i noticed in the photo:
===========================
1) not doing of the pelvis,chest( the pelvis,chest stays where they are with small movements)
2) directing the energy from heels to the ground and the toes are in lengthening state(up to now i have less importance with this direction, but from now i will try think it).
3) knees are releasing ( knees directions always very confuses me, i will try 
your direction as shown in the photo)
