The alexander directions are 4 or 5 or more.
These directions are same in any activity.
If we devide our daily activities , then directions may be,
1. Walking alexander directions.
2. Sit(the student already in the chair) alexander directions.
3. .....directions
4. ........directions
5. ....directions

I think the student has to ask the first question@

what activity iam doing?

So, the sit, walk alex directions has same priority.

If the student gives more priority to 'Walk alexander directions' and forgets the 'sit alex directions'
then i believe the student is doing some thing wrong.

The walking alex benefit is losing with the sit misdirection.

So,
hard to believe the student should always be conscious.

The bike riding may activate , the final f.m.alexander movement.
The cycle riding may be.
The vegetables chopping in the kitchen may activates.
The walk in the calm desert may be.
While seeing the full moon , from the roof of your house with head forward and up may activates the final movement of f.m.alexander.

Sitting infront of your boss may be.

Seeing the child or your son.
Seeing the sea, seeing the birds, trees, animals, sky, water, fire, food any thing.
But, just allow your self to flow that movement and notice.

The movement is always flowing , catch that movement and remember.
Thats all.

What is the meaning of 'wrong'?

what is the meaning of 'right'?
Ans@ not wrong( note: if i know what is wrong, else the judging of right is a delution)

....
I sensed the head is now back and down which is 'wrong thing'.
How i judged this back and down is wrong?
Since, i know the right thing which is forward and up of the head.

So, if i think the right thing in a wrong position(back and down of head) ,iam doing the right thing.so, i have a choice of doing right thing.
So,
what is the boundary of head movement with consciousness?
Ans: the space between the forward and up and the back and down of the head.

The wrong thing becomes wrong, when iam not consciousness.
