    The change is@
    the torso lengthens and widens back and up and away from hip JOINTS .

    to let the head go forward and up,
    to let the torso lengthen and widen,
    to let the legs release away from torso,
    to let the shoulders release out to the sides with releasing the arms down.

    If he is there, i would have asked about my doubts about the directions.

  6. the body has innate capacity to adjust its direction based on the commands given by us.

    If the body not likes the sequence of the conscious orders, it throws a challenge to brain by passing a signal like,

    iam not satisfied with your directions, i will show you a clue and try for the luck.

    If i think of directions, thd mind and body likes and loves me very much.

    The body prays with mind, please dont forget me.

    The body begs the mind, command me so that i can satisfy.

    The body sends the signal iam not happy, if i dont care that caution the body adjusts ,and says to brain i cant do more than this to save from gravition.

  7. One more definition of alex technique@

    if we hold the muscles of our body with the brain, by projecting the sequential directions directing process ,which was developed by alexander we can move satisfactorily.

    and stopping the habit of holding the breath,
    and stopping the habit of over breathing or hyperventilation,
    and for a rhythmic change of breath based on the body needs,
    i have to let my neck be free
    to let the head go forward and up
    to let the back lengthen and to widen
    and to let the limbs away from torso with stimulus with the activities like
    sit,walk,bend etc.
    ( the breath is top most direction i think)

  9. if i have to maintain my floating ribs moving i have to lengthen the T11,T12 thoratic vertebrae while keeping head forward and up
    lengthening cervical spine, thoratic spine ,lumbar spine,sacrum spine,pelivs,limbs.
    so that,
    those false floating ribs get signals from the spinal cord, and moves with breath.

    i think alexander technique is,
    ——————————————

    protecting or preventing the spinal cord from the excess tension created by the spine vertebrae, by keeping the neck free allowing the head forward and up and letting the back LENGTHEN and widen.

    i think if the neck vertebrae compresses by the head, the signals not passes satisfactorily to the upper half of the body like hands,shoulders,chest,head etc.

    if the lumbar slump and the pelvic slump, the lumbar vertebrae compression or gaps between lumbars,makes the brains signals not passes satisfactorily to lower half like pelvis,buttoks,legs,stomach from
    the spinal cord.
