Tip 77 – Video: Posture and Back Pain

To reduce low back pain, try standing over your legs.

This tip follows up on the previous video:  Point Your Spine. Standing over your legs is more than an easy way to align your body, it also makes it easier to bend and walk.

  1. sir,
    your tips are thinkable.
your tip 77 i noticed, the legs and pelvis should be reaching with the balance line
in dynamic activity, so that the thorax maintains with mechanical advantage for keeping the
    head forward and up.

my thoughts on MOVEMENT vs MUSCLE TENSION.

what is the relationship between MUSCLE MOVEMENT vs MUSCLE TENSION? how they help
for the lengthening of the spine?
ans: satisfactory muscle movement with dynamic stimulus keeps the , muscle tension
    satisfactorly.
    example :
    ———
1)the RECTUS ABDONIMUS , FLOATING RIBS moves with the breath or respiration.
2)the movement keeps the muscle tension nutral or satisfactorily.
3)if the rectus abdominus, floating ribs not moves with the breath then those muscles
are with more or less tension , with out satisfactory tension.
4)if the spine is in lengthened state then the rectus, floating ribs are with satisfactory
    muscle tension and they moves.
5)if we allow the breath so that rectus, floating ribs moves then the spine comes to
    lengthened state.
6)if we notice that there is no movement in rectus, floating ribs and
if we imagine that the spine length is satisfactory,
then this sensory is fautly sensory or debauched kinesthesia.
7)abdomen is the rectus abdominus which is from ribcage to the pubic bone.
we may divide this into three parts
    1)top abdominus
    2)middle abdominus
    3)lower abdominus
    * if the lower abdominus is with out movement with breath, and the belly abdominus
is moving with breath then the total abdominus is with unsatisfactory or undue muscle
    tension paradoxically.
*** total rectus abdominus should be satisfactory so that other mechanisms of the body
    have a chance to lengthen***
    my conclusion
    ==============
with out movement of torso, there is no lengthening of the spine,
with out lengthening of the spine, there is no movement of the torso.

**all my views are paradox, excuse me if any wrong ideas are there and direct me in
    good direction***

    thank you.
