This video tip follows up on the previous tip’s graphic look at the meaning of “Up”.  As long as your feet are on the floor, aiming up is generally your best option.

  1. Thank you for these tips, Leland. I find them helpful as I walk, run, sit, bend, kneel, climb, dance, stand and speak through my day. I try to drop the tips into my body and consciousness regularly, and hopefully I move with greater ease as a result. And not just move. “Be” with greater ease, more openness and space. Your succinct, clear descriptions and demonstrations make this possible.
