Speak with Less Tension

My head movements in this video are a little exaggerated, but the idea is good.  For speaking with less tension, think of your voice as coming from over the back of your head, not from under your chin.

    your tips and directions are self thinkable.

    WAS ALEXANDER PROJECTING ONE CYCLE OF 4 DIRECTIONS, WITH IN FRACTION OF a SECOND?(MY ASSUMPTION)
    ANS : i think and believing yes.
    1)he was projecting one total cycle, with in a fraction of second and he was also
    experiencing the ‘critical movement’ , for making a fresh decision in the dynamic activity.

    2) SITTING TO RAISING FROM A CHAIR DYNAMIC DAILY ACTIVITY, IF IT TAKES ONE SECOND TO COMPLETE FOR SITTING POSITION TO RAISING POSITION FROM A CHAIR, THEN

    ::::::A second has a 1000 Milli seconds.to complete raising from a chair from sitting position, it takes approximately one second, this is not exact time but just assumption.
    * at 100 Th Milli second he was completing the first direction many times.(STILL SITTING IN CHAIR)(STILL SITTING OR IN THE ACTIVITY)
    * at 200 Th mill second he was completing the second direction,first direction many times(IN THE ACTIVITY STILL GOING)
    * at 300 Th Milli second he was completing the third direction, second direction, first
    direction many times .(IN THE ACTIVITY STILL GOING)
    * 500 Th millisecond time ( IN THE ACTIVITY)
    * 600 Th millisecond time (IN THE ACTIVITY)
    ******************** experiencing of critical movement*******************
    * 700 Th millisecond time(IN THE ACTIVITY)
    * 800 Th time(IN THE ACTIVITY)
    * 900 Th projecting the all directions sequence.
    * he is satisfying the end AT THE END OF THE SECOND OR 1000 Th millisecond finally.(ACTIVITY COMPLETED OR END)

    ( THIS ABOVE STATEMENT IS JUST MY PARADOXICAL ASSUMPTION,between 0 millisecond to 1000 th millisecond he makes the body very fluid, in 10 minute of activity there may be hundreds of these cycles paradoxically for satisfactory end)
    IS ALEXANDER REALLY THAT MUCH QUICKLY TAKING THE DIRECTIONS BY DIRECTING?

    please help me , whether my paradoxical assumption is wrong or right, and suggest me?
    please excuse me , if any wrong directions or assumptions are there.

    i have to try my paradoxical idea.no alternate for me.

    Where there is stimulus, there is movement
    where there is movement, there is direction
    where there is direction, there is choice of directing.

    This is paradox idea, please direct me in this regard.

    why mind is foolishly behaving?
    why iam not able to believe the power of means where by?
    why iam always sticking to one direction, and hoping for the best physophysical satisfaction?
    why iam not able belive the alexander original statement of ,
    IF THE MEANS YOU FOLLOW , THEN THE MEANS SECURE THE END.
    why iam not able to believe the means TO LET THE BACK LENGTEHN AND WIDEN , THE NECK FREE AND THE
    HEAD SHOULD BE FORWARD AND UP?
    why iam sticking to neck and head forward and up? and leaving other directions?
    why iam sticking to single direction?

    i have to try.

    What is the first part in comment2? And 2nd part? And 3 rd part in alexandr view? Can any body help me by answering this question?

    Ans@ my paradox answer is the first part is
    ”the higher stimulus part with associated bad habit and with habitual bad direction”

    please help me by answering this question.

    your tips are self exploratory.

    IS ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE DIRECTIONS ARE SEQUENCE? AND WHY? ( copied from original alexander book).

    ANS: alexander directions are sequential directions.

    (1) that before attempting to ” do ” even the first

    part of the new ” means-whereby ” which I had decided

    to employ in order to gain my end (i.e., vocal use and reciting),

    I must give the directions preparatory to the doing

    of this first part very many times;

    (2) that I must continue to give the directions preparatory

    to the doing of the first part while I gave the directions

    preparatory to the doing of the second part;

    (3) that I must continue to give the directions

    preparatory to the doing of the first and second parts

    while I gave the directions preparatory to the doing of the

    third part; and so on for the doing of the fourth and other

    parts as required.

    Lastly, I discovered that after I had become familiar with

    the combined process of giving the directions for the new

    ” means-whereby ” in their sequence and of employing the

    various corresponding mechanisms in order to bring about the

    new use, I must continue this process in my practice for a considerable

    time before actually attempting to employ the new

    ” means-whereby ” for the purpose of speaking.

    MY INTENTION WAS REALLY NOT TO TEACH ANY BODY.

    i believe, and i dont have that much experience on commenting tip 74.
    since, i believe for thinking of and inhibiting the speaking, requires whole body in good
    direction including head, neck.
    but, i will sure try this idea within this one week of time, i will post my experiences.

    my small experience::::::::

    IS IT COMPULSARY TO SENSE THE MOVING OF PELVIS OR HIPS AT THE HIP JOINT FREELY ,WHEN RAISING AND SITTING IN CHAIR , WHILE STILL CONTINUING THE DIRECTION OF NECK FREE , HEAD FORWARD AND UP FOR BETTER SATISFACTORY OF THE PHYSCOPHYSICAL SELF?

    ANS:
    1)i think and iam believing yes.
    2)in a dynamic activity of sitting, when the neck free and in lengthened state,
    continuing the skull or head go forward and up, still continuing the spine moving from the hips prevents the compressing of the neck and head moving backwards and downwards.
    3)iam believing the neck should be , and the skull should be free at the atlanto with forward and up rotation, and the hip joints should be free for to prevent the spine not to shorten.
    ::::::::PRIMARY CONTROL(one after the other and all to gether ,my paradoxical idea in
    the dynamic activity of the sitting and raising from a chair)

    the neck should be free (maintains its length and not forward or backward and down)
    the skull or head freely rotates on the top of the spine and it is forward and up
    the spine( cervical+lumbar+sacrum) lengthens, so that it can rotates freely at the hip joints releasing the knees forward, still continuing the neck free and head forward and up.

    (note::all the above directions runs one after the other all to gether with sequence)

    THIS IS MY PARADOXICAL IDEA OF PRIMARY CONTROL. I HAVE TO TRY AND THINK OF THIS IDEA.

    THIS MAY BE GOOD FOR ME.
