  1. This video is great. I’d almost always sit with bad posture and you taught me The proper way to sit. Great explanation

  2. Mechanical advantage VS gravitational advantage?
    Ans@
the neck mechanical advantage(posture) secures the head forward and up direction and prevents the head back and down(posture) then,
the head secures the torso mechanical advantage if ‘ I ‘ let the torso to ‘lengthen and widen’ then,
the legs mechanical advantage(posture) letting will be easy for to release the knees forward and away direction from the torso.
    Then,
    iam having ‘GRAVITATIONAL ADVANTAGE’.

    So,
the legs are responsible for the ‘gravitational advantage’.but, the legs gets support from the torso, neck, head mechanical advantages and their directions with stimulus.

    Here,
    it shows
‘the gravitational advantage(legs) secures the mechanical advantage and direction of the body’
    AND
‘the mechanical advantage and directions secures the gravitational advantage’.

    Am i correct?

  3. stand on the sitting bones in the chair,
by thinking sitting bones as feet, while releasing the knees between the toes with neck free head forward and up.

  4. sir,
    superb work,
since i was thought i know to sit properly.
    but to day,
you changed my idea and faulty thought of mine.
