here i noticed the heels are on the ground when
you are reaching for the object on the ground
and
after you pickedup and raising from the ground to normal position.
i noticed of both cases , the common point is
THE HEAD AND HEALS GOING AWAY FROM EACH OTHER.
thank you.
sir,
i noticed of your caption
HEAD AWAY FROM HEELS.
this is wonderful idea, of consciousness and to prevent the shortening of the back muscles so that they can lengthen to allow the breath to happen properly.
iam very much happy to day i got one good caption of
“”””” HEAD AWAY FROM HEELS””””
i will sure remember this caption.
thank you.
sir,
in this vedio i noticed when head is back and down the shoulders and hands are also
not meeting the balance line or point of the body, they are going to round to the back.
but in forward and up the shoulders are widening so that to let the back widen, this is desirable.
thank you.
sir,
thank you very much for giving freely these type good directions to viewers.
here i noticed one important idea i not yet experienced yet.
that is,
when head is back and down the heels are raising from floor.
and
when the head is forward and up the heels are on the ground , meeting the balance line of the body.
i will practice this idea and i will post you my experiences in this regard.
thank you.
sir,
this is very good vedio of consciousness.
i think,
here the main aim not compressing the cervical spine, so that we can keep that
in natural length . so that the back can be lengthen to wide the back, and
so that the knees not braces to let the hip not to brace to pelvis.
your vedios are very useful for alexender technique practitionars.
thank you.
