I remember this tip from a previous post, and it changed the way I exercise when I train with weights or do yoga. Another great tip, Leland!
sir,
good tip.
But i have one doubt,
alexander not used the word…
back and up.
He used the words…
Lengthen and widen.
Shall i think paradoxically yours, alexander words are same?
Please suggest me.
Thank you.
sir,
good alexander educational tip.
here i noticed :
1)the back goes back and up as a wave
means where by:::::: not forward and down or stays where it should be.
2) the head goes forward and up as a wave
means where by:::::: not back and down or stays where it is or it should be.
i will try to change my thinking, as a wave.
i will experiment on this.
hope, for me this may be good idea…….
thank you.
