As inevitable as the sunrise, your next breath is coming soon. Avoid gasping.
Normal breathing works best when left alone. A gasp is any rushing or augmentation of your inhale. You may feel like your next breath is late or needs a little help, but really the exact amount you need is coming very soon, and right on time. The more confidence you have in the easy inevitability of your next breath, the more satisfying each breath will be.

sir,
this is an amazing and excellent idea of keep projecting consciousness on the breath
in our daily activities.
if i speak 30 times in a day, i have to be consciousness for the full day
by asking myself the question
WHEN IAM GASPING WHEN SPEAKING?
and i think in this process we are inhibiting the taking of gasped breath. so, we have the right and authority to INDIRECTLY interfere with breath.
i will practice this idea with consciousness and i will post my sensory experiences.
thank you.
A great pointer. Our body is smarter than us!
