Thank you for these tips, Leland. I find them helpful as I walk, run, sit, bend, kneel, climb, dance, stand and speak through my day. I try to drop the tips into my body and consciousness regularly, and hopefully I move with greater ease as a result. And not just move. “Be” with greater ease, more openness and space.
