I\’m often asked, “What do people who have taken Alexander lessons look like?” How about a little more like Isaiah Mustafa, the guy in the Old Spice advertisement from 2010? Not a guarantee, but certainly something everyone can work toward. Look closely at the image and you can see that Isaiah’s head is forward and up in relation to his back, a very Alexander posture.

The real trick which is mysterious is@

After years of experimentation alexander found and discovered that his bad habit is ‘contracting the feet,toes,legs’. And he discovered that @
neck more or less muscle tension leads to back and down of the head,
but paradoxically is a symptom of undiscovered bad habit which makes a vicious cycle of oveall tension of the body by head compressing the spine, but paradoxically not a bad habit itself.
Wether we discovered the undiscovered bad habit by using the alexander principles and good directions of use?
What are those?
Am i know what habits i created consciously, but they are now became unconscious bad habits?
But, before remembering and thinking the alexander good directions of use, whether i have to list out my bad habits i created myself?
