Try experiencing the world from your back, forward.

Field of Awareness

You might think that you experience the world as if the world is in front of you, or maybe as though you are looking through a camera. Instead, think of the camera as if it is behind you. Step into the frame of your experience and imagine that you begin at the back of your body instead of the front.  In a sense, this is a physical conception of patience and a method to help you avoid getting ahead of yourself.     DO the head forward or NON DO the head back and down,
    again release the excess tension of neck,
    DO the head forward, again release the neck and
    DO the back(torso) lengthen and DO the widen or
    NON DO the back forward and down,
    release the neck,
    DO

    NON DO

    NON DO,
    Means while take care of the breath, limbs alexander directions.

    Is this correct?

  2. Spiritual practice or praying VS alexander directions?
    Ans@
    1)muslims prays (ALLA) daily many times for example daily 5 to 6 times.
    2) they will practice at regular intervals in a day following their principles of praying.
    3) their postural movements, while praying are just like f.m Directions.
    4) even if rain falling , or storm coming they wont care and dont stops the prayer.
    5) they always thinks the next prayer time and what to do in the prayer(namaz).

    They keep thinks what to do in the prayer(namaz), but NOT DO them until the stimulus of prayer time.
    (thinking rather than doing)

    is this thinking rather than doing, and a condition reflex?

    The alex directions works with the daily stimulus of walk sit bend etc, and has benefits more than praying.

    Ans@ Alexander technique is a practical real time process, which makes us to think present(REAL) , means not fantasy OR faulty sense.

    let the neck be free TO let the head go forward and up TO let the back(torso) lengthen and widen TO let the limbs release away from the torso TO allow the alex ‘wishpered ah’.

    (note: ‘TO’ word combining all the phrases).

    1.why i need to keep the neck free?what happens with this free? What is free?and what is the relation ship with other parts?

    2.why i need to keep the head forward and up with stimulus in my daily sit,walk etc ?what happens with this forward and up? and what is the relation ship with other parts?

    3.why i need to keep back(torso) lengthen and widen with stimulus?what happens with this ? and what is the relation ship with other parts?

    4.why i need to keep limbs away from back(torso)?what happens with this release? and what is the relation ship with other parts?

    5. Why i need to allow the alex ‘wishpered ah’ ? What is the relationship of ‘ah’ with other parts.

    6. Why i need to do one after the other all together?

    Think and do alex directions with stimulus of sit,walk,stand etc ,
    and which are right means.
    BUT,
    Dont DO the reasoning processes imaginatively and logically and physically which are paradoxically wrong means and directions .

    The alex ‘Directions stays at the top most floor of the conscious ness’.

    So,
    i think alex directions VS reasoning processes are two separate LOGs of the mind.

    Am i correct?

    Ans@ alexander technique is a unique and trustworthy method,
    which restores the faulty sense(untrustworthy feeling) of NECK NECK head torso limbs human parts ,while using in our daily activities(sit,stand,walk etc….)
    TO
    Reliable trustworthy feeling of those human parts as a whole.

    1.Our body is well designed and developed hardware ,sofware mechanism by the GOD.
    2. Alexander technique is the one and only TOOL, designed and developed by f.m.alexander for,

    debugging our body mechanism for finding bugs(bad habits) by keeping the breakpoints(inhibition) in software programs(mind use) and finding the latest version of the program.

    3) this development life cycle having phases analyses,design,testing, implementation,maintainance.
    4) what is the latest version of your USE.

  8. why the modern man lost commonsense while using his body?

    a child knows how to use the body . but the modern man completely lost
    all the directions of the bodies in the sit,stand,walk activities.

    a mother gives birth to a child. the child moves in front of her eyes,
    always with poise and ease and with good use.
    but , the mother has no time to notice those directions.
    one noticeable point is ‘ the mother given birth to that child’.

    i think the alexander technique is a commonsense procedure.

    they dont believe with out reasonings.
    they dont believe false statements and false experiences.
    if any of my comments are wrong or ugly or waste , please excuse me with my

    your tips self explorable and thinkable.

    some of my statments and experiences:::::::::::::

    when we keep the head forward and down consciously, from the balance line of the body , what happens?
    ans:
    nothing happens.
    1) since we know and conscious of, that the head is forward and down.
    2) in the next movement , we have a chance of to keep the head to the balance line.since, we are
    conscious.
    3) PROBLEM STARTS , then only when we are not in consciousness and unconsciously keeping
    the head forward and down or back and down, with undue tension.

    when we kept the head forward and down unconsciously what happens?
    ans:
    1) the head is pulled by the gravitational force, since, itwas out of balance line
    2) the torso,legs,hands moves to wrong directions to nutralise that pull
    3) means, the head is compressing the spine.

    whether really the head has the power of to compress the total body?
    ans:
    absoultely and 100 percent truth this is.
    if the head shifts out of balance line with unconscious, the total body stresses.
    what is a bad habit?
    ans: my pardox idea is,
    ‘ IT IS A INFINITE LOOP OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS , WITH BAD DIRECTION’
    i have to try my thoughts and ideas.

    how awareness begins from the back?
    ans:
    compared to front part of the body, back of the body has lot of muscle groups to experience.
    is it not correct?
    yes my statement is correct.
    so, what leland val saying is absolutely 100% true.

    WETHER ALEXANDER NOT EXPLAINED SOME THING, WHICH HE HAD EXPERIENCED?
    ans : may be, who knows?
    might been he did not had words to explain that experience.

    CAN WE PARADOXICALLY THINK IF THE HEAD, NECK ARE AT THE BALANCE LINE OF THE BODY, THEN
    THE HEAD IS SAID TO BE FORWARD AND UP?
    ANS :
    iam believing yes.
    since, alexander not used the word ‘ BALANCE LINE’ of the body, in his books rarely.
    wether he though if he used the word ‘balance line’ it creates doing?
    or BALANCE LINE of the body this word is not there at 100 years back?

    ”’ iam paradoxically thinking that
    HIS DIRECTIONS ARE MOVING THE BODY TOWARDS THE BALANCE LINE OF THE BODY, FOR KEEPING
    THE BODY IN A GOOD MECHANICAL ADVANTAGE POSITION, WITH OUT DOING AND INHIBITING INSTINCT

    what is best mechanism available in the body for breathing?
    ans:
    1)thorax or thoracic cavity, with thoratic curve is the best mechanism available in the body for breathing.

    how we can use thorax mechanism effectively for breathing?
    ans:
    1) by keeping the thoratic curve near the balance line of the body, then the thorax is said to be with good mechanical advantage position.
    but how to keep that thoratic curve with good mechanical advantage position?
    ::: by keeping head, neck at the balance line of the body.
    then the thoratic curve have a chance of lengthening and making good mechanical advantage position for breathing.
    2)the lumbar,sitting bones,hips,legs,hands should be reaching and working with the balance line of the body for keeping the thorax in good mechanical advantage position.

    I NOTICED , IAM BREATHING SHALLOW BREATHING, WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
    ans:
    since , iam believing
    1)the mechanical advantage of the thorax disturbed, to nutralise this
    2)keep the head,neck at the balance line,which is forward and up
    3) keep the thoratic curve in the balance line
    4)and check for other mechanisms like lumbar,legs,hands for best possible satisfactory physco phsical analysis.

    I KEPT HEAD,NECK FORWARD AND DOWN?IAM FEELING NOTHING WRONG, WHAT IS THIS?
    ans: this is debauched kinesthesia.
    1) it wont effect immediatley
    2)after one hour or two hours , the body gets tightens then only we come to know that some thing is wrong going in my body

    HEAD FORWARD AND UP(BALANC), FORWARD AND DOWN, BACK AND DOWN SEEMS ME SAME?
    ans: 1)this faulty sensory
    2)but head forward and up is the best mechanical advantage position, which balances the total body.

  14. Thank you so much. I have never thought of this before. Using your mind to include you in your world gives you an insite into your self worth. At this point in my life-age 81-I’m groping my way. Can’t wait to see what happens next. I’m sharing your work with my husband who is in a wheelchair. He just decided not to walk. Bless you.
