Tip 69 – Video: When Walking, Lead with the Crown of Your Head

For improved walking, lead with the crown of your head instead of your chin or chest.

This video about improved walking comes from Tip 25. Leading with your chin tends to push the neck forward. Leading with the crown of your head will help you feel less tense and you will walk more easily. The crown is the highest point on your head that is just behind your ears.

  1. Use the head

It is the property of chronic patients, acute patients, poor people and for every body.

Please dont separate the technique between the genaral people VS specific people

since, they works as a whole.

  6. Thanks M, and sorry for the late reply. It is my hope that people will use the manual and the tips together. They are very different but they compliment each other. The manual is a long, process oriented approach while the tips are a quick answer.

  7. M. McCullough

I really love the tips. I have the book, The Secret to Using Your Body, and it’s a great book. But it’s very helpful to see the tips in a video format. Thanks, Leland.
