Try experiencing the world from your back, forward.
You might think that you experience the world as if the world is in front of you, or maybe as though you are looking through a camera. Instead, think of the camera as if it is behind you. Step into the frame of your experience and imagine that you begin at the back of your body instead of the front. In a sense, this is a physical conception of patience and a method to help you avoid getting ahead of yourself. There is a video of this at Tip 75.
