Avoid putting your torso in front of your head.
This tip looks at the three previous tips from a different perspective. In the previous tips (38, 39, 40), the above images were used to explores the problem of reaching with the torso instead of the arms. But the exact same problem can also be described as the torso pushing in front of the head. In general, you will feel better if you leave your torso behind your head.

What is neck free?
Ans@ not tensing the sub-occipital muscles+neck muscles, so that the chance of preventing the head compressing the spine,
is making or letting the neck free.
What is head forward and up?
Ans@ using the overall tension of the body (neck+torso+limbs) for keeping the head forward and up .
What is head forward and up?
Ans@ back(torso) lengthen and widen.
What is alexander technique?
Ans@ preventing the head back and down, by preventing the torso from shortening and narrowing and by preventing the limbs locking and over tension.
Why iam doing alexander technique?
Ans@ for prevention of head back and down.
Am i correct?
If ‘ I ‘ not compress the spine by , keeping head ‘forward and up’
THEN ,
a. The not chest out
b. The not locking of the knees
c. The sitting on the sit bones
d. The not raising the shoulders
e. The not unconscious breath holding
etc….
Helps the head NOT COMPRESSING THE SPINE in my daily activities like sit,walk,bend etc.
If i not believed alexander thought of
faulty sence of back and down of the head compresses the total spine,
I would have wasted 10 years with my trial and error experiments.
The experience of forward and up direction is great, i just tried to experience that direction.
